Philly Cheese Steak Pizza

Prep Time: 15 Min. Cook Time: 12 Min. What you need:

+ 6 oz. sliced onions
+ 2 Tbsp. olive oil + 8 oz. sliced white mushrooms + 1 (12-in.) uncooked pizza shell + 6 oz. thinly sliced deli mozzarella cheese + 4 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut in 1" squares + mild or hot pickled peppers, seeded and chopped (optional) What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss sliced white mushrooms in 1 Tbsp. of the olive oil; set aside.
2. Heat remaining oil and sauté onions until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. 3. Spread sautéed onions over bottom of pizza shell. Layer cheese, beef and reserved mushrooms over onions. 4.
