Halloween Cat Eyes JIGGLERS

What you need:

* 3/4 c. boiling tonic water
* 1/2 c. boiling water
* 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
* 4 seedless red grapes, each cut into 6 wedges

What to do:

1. Spray 24 mini muffin pan cups with cooking spray. Slowly add tonic water and water to gelatin mixes in large bowl (gelatin will foam); stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Skim off any foam.
2. Spoon 1 tsp. gelatin into each of 24 mini muffin pan cups. Place grape wedge into center of each cup. Refrigerate 5 min. Spoon remaining gelatin over grapes. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
3. Unmold just before serving.

* Substitute: Substitute boiling water for the tonic water.
