* 2 lb. boneless pork rib-end roast
* 3/4 c. orange marmalade
* 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
* 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
* 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1. Roast pork in shallow pan in 350°F oven for 40 min., (about 20 min. per pound).
2. Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients for basting glaze.
3. Baste occasionally with glaze the last 20 min. of cooking time, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F. Remove roast from oven; let rest 10 min. before carving.
