* 1 c. chopped cooked pork loin * 3 Tbsp. hot and spicy barbecue sauce
* 1 Lavosh (Armenian cracker bread)**
* 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
* 1/2 med. red bell pepper, thinly sliced
* 1/4 c. chopped green onion
* 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
* 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
* 1/3 c. hoisin sauce
* 2 Tbsp. plum sauce
* 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
* 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
* 1/4 tsp. grated ginger root
1. Oriental Sauce: In small bowl stir together hoisin sauce, plum sauce, peanut butter, garlic and ginger root.
2. Place pork and barbecue sauce in self-sealing plastic bag; seal and turn several times to coat.
3. Heat oven to 375°F. Place Lavosh on baking sheet. Spread with Oriental Sauce to within 1/2-in. of edge.
4. Top with pork mixture, mushrooms, red pepper, green onions, and cheese.
5. Bake for 15-20 min. or until cheese is melted. Garnish with cilantro. Cut into squares. Makes 12 servings.
** Substitute 14-16-in. prebaked pizza crust. Crust will be slightly less crisp.
