Classic Pierogies with Butter & Onions

+ 1 box Classic Onion or your favorite variety of Mrs. T's® Pierogies
+ 1 cup sliced onions + ¼ cup melted butter, divided + Salt and pepper, to taste + Fresh Thyme, optional + Sour Cream, optional What to do:
1. Sauté onions using half the butter over medium heat.
2. Sauté pierogies in remaining butter on medium heat, 8 minutes on both sides. 3. Combine the onions with pierogies, adding salt and pepper to taste. If desired, top with thyme and sour cream before serving. Nutritional information:
