Broccoli Cheddar Rice

What you need:

+ 1 tablespoon soft, tub margarine
+ 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
+ 16 ounces frozen broccoli cuts
+ 1 clove garlic, chopped
+ 1/3 cup non fat milk
+ 1 can (10 1/2ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
+ 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
+ 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
What to do:
1) Heat the oven to 350°F.
2) Heat the margarine in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
3) Stir the broccoli and garlic in the skillet and cook until the broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in the milk, soup and rice. Cook until hot, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cheese and spoon the broccoli mixture into an 11x8x2-inch baking dish.
4) Bake for 20 minutes or until hot.
